Just last May, Abby had her formal spring portrait taken in school…
It’s an awkward smile, yes. Hee hee.
Last Saturday, June 20th, Abby graduated from Pre-K. Here is her formal graduation portrait…
I love the cap. I love the toga. I love Abby in all her pre-school grad glory! Hee hee. The graduation ceremony lasted for all of 30 minutes. It was far from pre-school graduation ceremonies that we have back home in that there was no program, no awards, no song numbers. It was very informal yet heartwarming. The kids were simply called one by one and handed their “diploma”. Informal as it was, I had to hold back tears. Kahiya naman ano?! Hee hee.
After the graduation, there was a carnival in Abby’s school for all the students and their families to enjoy. We all had a blast and I volunteered to do face painting yet again. 
Haaay! Nakapagpatapos na kami ng anak…sa pre-school.

buti pa si abby, ang galing talaga mag-project for the camera! sumbong sa akin ng teacher ni ninna, they almost had to do cartwheels para lang daw tumingin siya sa camera, ayyyy! at least her shot was “decent” enough to merit a space sa ibabaw ng piano
anyway (bakit ba anak ko ang ni-kwento ko, pang-blog ko yun dapat! haha!) i know how you feel tungkol sa feeling ng nakapag-tapos (ng preschool, hehe!). paano na lang pag college na sila… and they will be leaving the house to be on their own… hala, hahagulgol yata ako, haha!

Hi Mee! I have the same tendency…yung mag kuwento tungkol kay Abby pag nakakabasa ng kuwento ng iba tungkol sa anak nila, like you and your kuwentos about Ninna.
It took a lot of willpower not to shed a tear during the graudation! Hahaha! 17 years pa (depending on the course they choose!) bago ang ating major college graudation hagulgol for our kids. 
Ang laki-laki na nila ano? Even Ninna, I’ve noticed, is getting a tad girlier. Hee hee.
parang ang sarap ng feeling talaga ano? (makiki-feel muna ako sa ngayon.. hi hi). congratulations dear abby! and to mommy and daddy, too!

Congrats to my ever-bubbly and precocious inaanak on her pre-K grad! And to you and Donds too for having a “graduate”… 
I can so relate with your “emotional moment”… ako nga, first dance lang ni Luigi in his pathetic makeshift costume sa pre-school e naiyak pa ako e – hahaha! Di naman dahil nahiya ako kundi dahil my heart was bursting with joy and pride at what he now can do – bilis ng panahon ano!
