All That Jazz

It’s been a while since I posted Abby videos. Well, I haven’t really been taking any. But last night, Abby was at her performance level best again, singing to her Mimi via YM video messaging. She sang what to me sounded like jazz versions of Twinkle Star and ABC complete with dance moves which had me guffawing in the most unladylike fashion. Hee hee.

Ok, enough talk from me.

For her first number, I present to you, Abby singing the jazz version of Twinkle Star. One more thing, ignore all the kalat and my hubby’s sudden guffaw. *wink*

Next up, the jazz version of ABCs.

Before Abby’s final number, I’d like to ask you one question first. Can you name the 7 continents? I sure hope you can! But if not, it’s ok. Here’s a song that will help you remember. Hee hee.

Hi Abby! Ang totoo niyan, narinig niya sa akin yung kanta. Naglalaro kasi kami na kunyari nago-audition siya sa American Idol at ako ang judge. Nung nagpalit kami ng roles, kinanta ko yung Twinkle, Twinkle. Ayun, ganon na rin niya kinanta from then on! ;) Lakas ko makaimpluwensiya ano? Hahaha!

Hi Mee! Wala akong talent sa performing arts except siguro ang pagtugtog ng piano. :) Mabuti at hindi mahiyain itong si Abby. Hahaha!

Jazz versions galore!!! minsan may falsetto pa! Classic Abby…something for keeping and showing in 5 years :) just like Charice :)

Hi Junnie! Pati ako, natitigilan sa mga high notes ni Abby at sa mga dance moves niya habang kumakanta! My Mom watched these videos over and over again. :)

aliw!!! this reminds me of my daughter’s singing and dancing career… I should share those videos but then, hubby doesn’t want me exposing the kids on the web. as if they are not exposed enough. :-)

Hi Jo! I’m glad naaliw ka. Matagal nang over-exposed si Abby dito sa blogs ko hahaha! Pero siguro hanggang ngayong cutie cutie pa sya. Pero pagka lumaki-laki na siya, hindi na rin siguro. :D

I too couldn’t help but guffaw with Abby’s “kembot-taas kamay-pindot ilong” choreography coupled with the very “jazzified” renditions of the three songs in her repertoire – hahaha! :lol:

She is just adorable! Looking forward to more videos to come :)

Hi Pinks! Ewan ko kung saan natutunan ni Abby ang mga moves na ‘yun. Promise, hindi naman kami nagsasayaw ng ganon dito! Hahaha! More videos to come, for sure. :D

Naku, I just saw the videos now. Super cute… may parang drowning dance move pa! Aba! I was watching it with Marga and she seemed to be very interested with all those moves… baka naman gusto ninyong gumawa ng instructional video? First customers kami!
